Product 01 / Vertical mobility

Multi-brand elevators, engineered to your shaft and answered for.

Break free from proprietary vendor locks. We size the shaft, pick the brand against your building, install it with our own crew and hold the AMC afterwards. One contract, one contact, nobody left to point at.

Now specifying

Open protocol No lock-in. Spares and future servicing stay open to more than one supplier.
Any shaft MRL layouts adapt to compact retrofits and heavy commercial buildings alike.
Safety matrix ARD, overspeed governor and full-height light curtains fitted as standard.
Energy smart PMSM gearless drives cut running load and free up the machine room entirely.

Three taps and we name the package.

Most buyers arrive knowing the building and not the lift. Answer three questions and we will tell you which package fits, along with the spec that goes with it.

03Hoistway & structure

Six dimensions decide the whole job.

Get these wrong and the fix is concrete, not paperwork. Send the building drawing and we return the shaft numbers in writing before the pit is poured, not after the car is on site.

What we calculate for your building

We do not publish one set of shaft dimensions, because they change with the brand, the car size, the speed and the door type. What stays constant is the list of things that has to be resolved before steel or concrete is committed.

Overhead clearance

Headroom from the top landing to the underside of the shaft roof. This carries the drive on an MRL, so it is set by the machine, the car height and the safety refuge space. Cut it short and the only fix is raising the roof slab.

You send

  • Floor plan with the shaft location marked
  • Number of floors and floor-to-floor height
  • Who uses it. People, goods, stretchers or all three
  • Available power at the shaft head
  • A photo of a hand sketch works if that is what you have

You get back

  • Shaft size, pit depth and overhead in millimetres
  • Car and door schedule matched to the traffic
  • Electrical load and cable sizing at the shaft head
  • Two brand options where more than one fits
  • A fixed price covering supply, erection and testing
04Safety & compliance

Tested before handover, not after.

A lift that runs is not a lift that passed. Load, overspeed, levelling and door timing are run and recorded while our crew is still on site, so the inspection is a formality instead of a second mobilisation.

IS 14665 build

Installation follows the Indian safety code for electric traction lifts, covering car, shaft, machine and inspection access.

Automatic rescue device

On a supply failure the car moves to the nearest landing, opens the doors and holds them. No trapped passengers waiting on a generator.

Overload detection

Car will not start above rated load. Audible warning and door hold instead of a strained motor and a worn brake.

Door sensor curtain

Infrared curtain across the full door height, not a single beam. It sees a trolley wheel and a child's hand, not just an adult torso.

Emergency intercom

Two-way voice from the car to the security desk, with battery backup so the call works when the building does not.

Fireman's operation

Key-switch recall to the designated landing with independent car control, specified where the building height and occupancy require it.

05Cabin & finishes

The cabin is the part they judge you on.

Nobody sees the drive or the guide rails. They see the wall panel, the flooring and how long the doors take to close. Finishes are picked with the owner before fabrication, from samples, not from a printed swatch card.

OPT 01

Cabin walls

Hairline stainless, mirror-etched panels, laminate or glass backing. Hairline hides fingerprints, mirror does not, which matters more in a residential tower than in a showroom.

  • SS hairline
  • Mirror etch
  • Laminate
  • Glass back
OPT 02

Flooring

Granite, vitrified tile, heavy vinyl or chequered steel. Weight of the floor comes out of the payload, so a granite floor in a small car costs you a passenger.

  • Granite
  • Vitrified
  • Heavy vinyl
  • Chequered steel
OPT 03

Ceiling & lighting

False ceiling with LED spots, cove lighting or a flat luminous panel. Emergency light and fan run off the ARD battery, so they stay on when the supply drops.

  • LED spots
  • Cove light
  • Luminous panel
  • Emergency lamp
OPT 04

Doors

Centre-opening, two-speed side-opening or four-panel telescopic. Side-opening buys you car width in a tight shaft. Telescopic buys you opening width for goods and stretchers.

  • Centre opening
  • Two speed side
  • 4-panel telescopic
  • Glass door
OPT 05

COP & LOP

Car and landing panels in stainless with touch or micro-movement buttons, digital position indicator, voice announcement and braille marking where access rules apply.

  • Touch buttons
  • Digital indicator
  • Voice call
  • Braille
OPT 06

Handrails & trims

Round or flat stainless handrail, skirting, bumper rails and corner guards. Goods cars get bumper rails as standard because the wall panel is the first thing a pallet finds.

  • Round handrail
  • Flat handrail
  • Bumper rails
  • Corner guards

Cabin work is fabricated in-house. Stainless trims, handrails and cladding come off the same benches as our SS and MS site fabrication, so a lobby lift can match the railings and counters around it.

06Before you ask us

Questions builders ask every single time.

Short answers, no brochure language. If yours is not here, call the desk and ask.

Ideally yes, because pit depth and overhead change between brands and between drives. If the shaft is already cast, send us the as-built dimensions and we will tell you which packages still fit. We would rather narrow the brand list than ask you to break concrete.

Yes. New shafts in occupied buildings are common for older apartment blocks and hospitals. The work is sequenced around access, noise windows and material movement, and the programme is agreed with the association or the facility team before we mobilise.

Yes, for the brands we carry. We start with a condition survey, list what needs correcting before the contract starts, and price that separately. Scheduled visits come with a written checklist, and we hold the multi-brand spares line for controllers, door operators, ropes and COP parts. You will not be signed onto an AMC that quietly inherits somebody else's deferred repairs.

It depends on the drive, the speed and the load, so we size it as part of the shaft calculation and give you the cable and breaker rating in writing. A regenerative VVVF drive puts braking energy back into the building, which changes the sizing. If you are also taking a generator from us, we size the two together.

Usually, yes. If the shaft and guide rails are sound, a controller and VVVF drive swap buys back speed and ride quality for a fraction of a new lift. Manual doors can be converted to automatic, ARD and sensor curtains retrofitted, and the cabin re-fitted without touching the car frame. We survey first and tell you honestly if replacement is the better spend.

Manufacturing lead time moves with the brand, the car size and the finish, and site readiness usually moves more than the factory does. We commit to a dated programme once the shaft is handed over to us, and we flag the long-lead items at quotation stage rather than at delivery.

Send the building drawing.
Get shaft numbers back.

A PDF, a DWG or a photo of a hand sketch all work. You get shaft size, pit depth, overhead, door schedule and a fixed price covering supply, erection, testing and the first year of service.
