Single Contract SLA
Office Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Package 03 of 08

Interior works, wood, aluminium and stainless steel.

Joinery from one contractor and metalwork from another leaves a gap nobody owns, and the owner pays for it at handover. We run all three trades with the same crew, so lines meet where the drawing says they meet.

  • Site measured, not scaled
  • Finishes approved before cutting
  • One bill, one handover date

01Wood & laminate

Wooden interior and
modular wardrobes.

A wardrobe built to a plan dimension fouls the skirting on day one. Every opening is measured on site before anything is cut, and shutters, hardware and laminates are signed off by the owner first.

Item 01 of 05

Sliding wardrobes

Two and three shutter units for bedrooms where a swing door would block the walkway. Runs floor to ceiling so nothing collects dust on top.

    02Aluminium sections

    Aluminium interior,
    cut to your wall.

Partitions ordered to a drawing arrive short and get packed out with filler strips that everyone can see. We cut and assemble the sections on site, so the frame matches the wall you actually have.

Why the section matters more than the glass

Most partition complaints come back to the frame, not the panel. A thin section flexes, the gasket lifts and the panel rattles every time a door shuts. We size the section against the panel weight and the span, then show you the profile before the order goes in.

    03Stainless steel

    SS interior, built for
    daily washdown.

Painted counters look fine on handover day and rust at the joint by the second monsoon. Stainless holds up where water and traffic never stop, provided the grade and the finish are picked for the room rather than the brochure.

      07How the job runs

      Six steps, and you
      sign off at every one.

No material is ordered until the finish is approved, and no shutter is cut until the opening is measured. You know what is happening before it happens.

      01Day 1 to 2

      Site visit and measure

Every opening measured on site rather than scaled off the plan. Beams, ledges and out of square walls get recorded then, not discovered on installation day.

      02Day 3 to 5

      Layout and scope

You get a room by room layout with unit sizes, internals and a written scope. Anything outside it is called out as extra before you sign.

      03Before ordering

      Finishes approved

Laminates, veneers, hardware and steel finishes picked from physical samples. Nothing is ordered on a screenshot.

      04Before work starts

      Fixed price and dates

One price for the approved scope, with start and handover dates in writing. Payment stages are tied to work completed, not to the calendar.

      05Execution

      One crew on site

Wood, aluminium and steel handled by the same team in one sequence. No waiting for a second vendor to free up the room.

      06Final week

      Snag and hand over

Joints checked, shutters aligned, surfaces cleaned and keys handed over. Snags found at handover are closed before the final payment.

      08Before you enquire

      Questions clients
      ask us first.

Straight answers on price, timelines, materials and what happens when something goes wrong after handover.

Joinery is priced per square foot of the finished unit, worked out from the measured size and the material you approve. Partitions and ceilings go by running foot or area. Turnkey floors are priced as one scope with a line for each package, so you can see what each part costs. Every quote states what is included and what is not, which is where most interior disputes start.

A two or three bedroom flat with joinery, ceiling, flooring and polish usually runs four to eight weeks from the date finishes are approved. An office floor depends on the partition count and the electrical scope. The date is committed in writing once the scope is signed, and any delay caused by our side does not become your cost.

Yes, and it is common for offices and running shops. Cutting is kept off site where possible, the work area is sheeted off, and noisy activity is scheduled around your hours. Tell us your operating hours before the programme is fixed so the sequence is built around them rather than adjusted later.

Either works. Most clients take supply and install together, which keeps one party responsible if a panel or a hinge fails. If you already have material on site or a preferred brand, we quote labour and installation against it. The quote states the brand and grade for every item so a substitution cannot happen quietly.

Workmanship is covered by us. Hardware and boards carry the manufacturer warranty, and the brand and warranty period are written into your quote rather than mentioned verbally. You call one number either way, and we deal with the manufacturer if it is a material claim.

Bengaluru and the surrounding districts are our regular working area. Sites further out are taken on for full floor and commercial scopes where the volume justifies keeping a crew on location. Send the location on WhatsApp and we will tell you straight away whether we can take it.

      Get a priced scope.

No forms to fill. Send a floor plan, a rough sketch or just the room sizes on WhatsApp. You get a scope and a price before any material is ordered.

      Talk to the person who
      will run your job.

No call centre and no handoff. The estimate comes from the same team that measures your site and hands over the keys.

      Four things to send and
      we can price it.

Send whatever you have. A photo of the room and a rough measurement is enough to start a conversation, and we come to site for the exact numbers.
